Windows may have installed a default driver before it had the chance to load the driver that installs with Anoto penDocuments Pro. This occurs when the pen is docked before the software is installed. Undock the pen, uninstall Anoto penDirector, install Anoto penDocuments in Repair mode, restart the computer, then finally dock the pen.
