This connector makes it easy to send digital paper documents and metadata files to web servers using FTP. Configure with an FTP address and your credentials and documents will be automatically sent via FTP when digital pens are downloaded. At print time different types of documents can be assigned for transfer to different locations.

This connector is useful for uploading PDF copies of documents to a variety of hosted document management services. In addition, metadata files containing ink stroke data can also be uploaded for value added processing and integration with other information systems.

Prerequisites: (necessary components included with Anoto penDocuments Pro)

1. Download and save the free FTP Connector by clicking on the "Download Now" button in the right margin on this page.

2. Install the connector. Follow the installation instructions to configure the connector, and to create a new FTP Action in penDocuments Pro.

3. Use FTP Actions. You can now automatically transfer PDF copies of documents and metadata to FTP web servers without scanning or user intervention by creating FTP Actions and assigning them to specific document workflows.
