Anoto penDocuments Pro connector can be used in conjunction with Microsoft Outlook 2007. The PDF with the handwritten information is attached to an email and the predefined email recipient is written in the email recipient field. The email recipient address has to be modified to the desired name as a part of the action setup.
Get Started
Prerequisites: Microsoft Outlook 2007 must be installed on your computer.
1. Download and save the free Connector for Microsoft Outlook 2007 to your desktop by clicking on the "Download Now" button in the right margin on this page.
2. Install the connector. Double click on the outlook2007.paper file. Follow the installation instructions to create a new Outlook 2007 email Action in Anoto penDocuments Pro.
3. Use Microsoft Outlook 2007 Actions. You can now assign a Microsoft Outlook 2007 Action to any workflow in Anoto penDocuments Pro, and automatically email documents as attachment.
