Once stored, notes are quickly searchable, easily printed or emailed, effortlessly exported to Microsoft Word or Rich Text Format (RTF) and automatically updated in Outlook 2003 tasks and calendar.

NoteAmation is intuitive to use offering Outlook style navigation and packed with features. Users can easily manage their notes with simple folder creation, drag and drop functionality and the ability to attach documents and images to their notes files. Users will further benefit from the integrated Voice-To-Text technology for note creation and appendages.
