technology, today announced that it is providing the technology behind ACCO
Brands, Nobo Kapture™ Digital Flipchart, a revolutionary new product that
enables users to capture, edit and share meeting notes instantly. For this
purpose Anoto and Acco Brands have developed a new digital marker pen DP501.
The DP501 digital marker pen uses custom marker cartridges and is designed for
digital flipcharts, whiteboards and other surfaces where marker pens are
typically used.

The simple plug and play solution is easy to use with no IT support or training
required. Users simply write on the Nobo Kapture™ digital flipchart pad using
the Nobo Kapture™ digital marker pen. Notes and ideas generated from group
meetings, training sessions or even brainstorming workshops, are then instantly
captured via a Bluetooth enabled USB receiver onto a PC/Mac and can be shared
via email in seconds. This eliminates the time spent in typing up notes after a
meeting, preserves the original content and context and allows images and
charts to be captured digitally. All of which is difficult to do using
traditional flipcharts.

The product will be launched in January 2010.
